It was my first Sony Vegas AMV and lots of people were looking forward to it, and then Youtube flags it for copyright. I submit a dispute, and Youtube fucking suspends my account!!! Now I'm fricken worried that those subscribers won't recognize me anymore, even if I put a note on every video that I have uploaded so far that my account had been suspended. I'm sick and tired of how youtube suspended my account unfairly. I have worked soooo hard on all my videos and to get that many subscribers (3 years total) and for what?

Agreed. Whats going on is bullshit. I was actually suspended for speaking out, but youtube claimed it was due to "copyright infringement", but when I looked I had no claims or strikes against my account. So I made a counter claim threatening to take their asses to court for such an illegal action and violation of the DMCA. I managed to get my account with everything back shortly after. It's messed up.

Sooner or later all users would delete accounts and make new at other websites like Youtube. Too bad Youtube is such a douchebag latelly. Sometimes they are more than unfair. They block videos saying the copyrights are owned by SME, WMG or UMG and when u check lists of the SME, WMG and UMG u can't find the group/musician who made the music. Like Benny Hill theme, one of my vids got DELETED for containing music which I dun have licence for! I saw more vids with this music!

I miss 2007. Back then everything was nearly perfect. Good Channels, Good bulletiens, No WMG bullshit but its all different now. I miss the old bulleteins. they were like mail. they show up on your channel if something new happens. But too bad thats different. And they switched me to the shit channels! God, fuck the new youtube 2007 was the best year for youtube

I went to youtube at 2007, at that time it was good but they changed things which went to bad. But the worst was end of 2008, they started to block a lot of videos because of copyright claims and later accounts and then they changed the channels without permission. My conclusion: More recent, more sucks.

exactly,even if freedom of speech is not practiced everywhere in the world,on a video site like Youtube you should be able to put whatever the hell you want so long its appropriate.

And iv noticed that they do infact target big time youtubers,2 guys i subed to made hilarious DBZ vids,and now there account is suspended.

Technically, the first amendment does not apply to youtube as they are a website that is available world wide. Not every place in the world has freedom of speech, therefore, it does not and can not apply to youtube unless it becomes only available in the U.S and no where else.
