I have been absolutely craving cheesecake, but of course being GF, I've been a little afraid to try a GF version. I cannot wait to try this recipe; it looks fabulous!
@Glutenfreeislandgirl This is a really good one and if you want to make it even easier you could make the crust out of gluten free graham crackers of crushed gluten free shortbread cookies.
