Fairly typical of big union behavior. Of course, such behavior occurs when the union membership decides to not get involved in their own union. Imagine what would happen if the membership of a union rebelled against its leadership. I bet that union's leadsership would seek to de-certify the union rather than be accountable to its membership.

my wife is a member of local 23 ufcw. she pays 35.00 dollars a month in dues and makes 7.95 an hour.last contract they got a .10 cent raise and 2 days off without pay. GREAT JOB UFCW. GLAD YOU ARE WORKING SO HARD FOR THESE PEOPLE.
