Know what I think of Health Care? One of the single greatest things a government can do for its nation. It's paid for the same way Police are paid for. The tax increase is so minimal, and it means that you can walk into a hospital with an empty wallet, and be healed.
It's not like that bullshit on Mike Moore's "Sicko" where a dying man was left on the hospital's street because he wasnt insured.
