I almost forgotten about Eric. He is just a good rapper and actor, and manly, goofy and good looking. His leadership is something to admired. He took care of his team and did not abandon them no matter what, especially when SM wanted to renew his contract only. It's so comforting and 'big chest (heart)' not like another leader we know.
