This must be a post-WW2 version of the song. It definitely is Porter singing. This version has the original lyrics that were outrageously un-PC. I'm surprised that a record like this could be issued at all.
It is rather invigorating to hear the original composer performing his own work but please do not mislabel it as Al Bowlly. I am going to report you to the Better Music Bureau (just kidding:-) ripping post....but its not Al Bowlly..one of my favorites...thus the reiteration..Ive had some cocktails so bare with me. @BuyBenco This is definitely Cole Porter's voice. He sang also "You're The Top". These 2 songs are on the same 78 rpm record. However, the music was mixed later. On the original recording Cole Porter sings and accompanies himself with the piano.

I am not an expert but at the end of De-Lovely.the same version of this song is heard and they state that it is Cole Porter.
