KTN, I request that you base road accident reports more on "WHAT CAUSED THE ACCIDENT". I see you did some bit here by interviewing the man... thanks for that. But you should have gone further: showing the area, how the cars came, whether there was brake failure, whether the tanker had been inspected... etc... etc... you are doing a great job. Just up the ante a little...
