You'll need to work a lot. Do it with a right coacher (not alone). Are you sure of having very little flexibility? If yes, it is not of help...

I see it would be nice for you to understand what they say - really nice words from the judges, things like..you are the preffered one of all of us..whatever you will do in yr future pls keep doing it for pleasure of us of seing you ...an offer for a job.. etc, etc. - but not see it easy to "solve" it for you Jess!

She is great: she is a rhythmic gymnast, if I am not mistaken. If she isnt, her training and elements are those of a rhythmic gymnast, her stag ring leap is definitely rhythmic gymnastics.

Bom, é um facto que nesta "coisa" é importante começar-se muito cedo...Porque não pensar tambem na dança já que para isso não é tarde? Eu vou agora começar na dança.
