I am not gay but was lucky enough to experience this wonderful celebration on the canals they were collecting money for aids in giant condoms from the crowd. There are loads of low bridges and the boats often have huge blow up models on them which they have to deflate and inflate every time they go under a bridge. Wonderful weekend just be careful you get somewhere to stay otherwise you will be sleeping in the street as Amsterdam is heaving this weekend. Enjoy!!
