His back hyper-flexes awkwardly during the cartwheel - he will get injured! The form/technique for his Mae geri (front kicks) are different for each leg and his shoulders dip badly - they should be semetrical, not imbalanced. His right punch sways from outside whereas the left is straight - both should be straight. He has good hip movement.
@redmistpete for his back it's because he's afraid to tip over if if extends his shoulders, basic beginner mistake for the weel. as for his choko tsukis he probably has not practiced enough in front of a mirror to notice his right hand swaying, you can also add that his elbow is extended which should be avoided at all cost. It's a shame cause you can see he trained, but there are details missing.
I'm sorry but he just does not have technique that I would expect from a world champion. IMHO he is probably a failed gymnast who has seen a future using his flexibility to teach karate to gullible people in USA. Certainly better than living in Russia.
Along the themes of keeping calm & cool, here is a game your parents can do at home with their kids 'Tickle Machine Game': 5 rules of safe, gentle tickling & 5 levels of challenging play. Parent learns how to make kids laugh without tickling and kids learn how to stay cool, calm and collected. My 2 boys and I discovered this game 35 years ago. Retired now my grandfather project is to share this game with the world.
