Maschine Tutorial #18: Software Sequencer Integration

HOW DO YOU SET UP MASCHINE TO BE A VST IN FRUITY LOOPS???? SOMEONE HELP :( this is driving me crazy...

@sharkf3ng Install the software for maschine. Load FL and insert the instrument as you would any other. Note, you willhave to click 'More' in the menu and do a quick search for newly installed VST's before you are able to see it. Hope that helps someone, i know you asked 3 months ago. :)

@sharkf3ng dont mean to be a ball buster but maschine is more for a DAW software not a Dynamic Looping software plus it has been some time seen i used that program but i dont think u can record audio into FL

I picked up the maschine yesterday and these tutorials have been fantastic to get in tune with what the maschine is capable of . I have only ran into one problem when using maschine as a plug in with ableton live 8 as the host . When I load up maschine my trusty Novation sl mk2 ( automaped ableton beast ) goes into retardation mode as if it's intimidated by the excellence of the maschine &@_@? anyone know why this happens ?

u should work more the integration with logic... its not the half as good as in pro tools.. its a pity

I'm trying to record midi data into pro tools using maschine hardware and the maschine sounds but the midi isnt recording into pro tools? Can someone tell us the configuration?

I wish this video or someone could make a video on how to set up maschine as a plugin in cubase because I cannot figure out how to get sound to record from openin it up as a plugin like you would with Absynth Massive and plugins like that...reallly confused!!!

Your Maschine software has RTAS on the top... mine is just like the stand alone software when i open it as a plugin...I can get sound to play in cubase but I cannot get anything to record?? can someone please help?

I can play sounds with Maschine within Cubase but it won't record anything.Does anyone know how to record Maschine projects with Cubase? And how to extend recording time on Maschine? (it only allows you record for a few seconds.

Please somebody help with this!

teacee thanks for pointing me in the right direction. But...for some reason Maschine is not showing up as VST when I add an instrument track....In fact,I can't find it in any parts of cubase.

I meant add a new Instrument track, Maschine will be where ever you normally load you virtual instruments.

Add a ne instrument track, and its the same way you add any other vst, look for Maschine and its done.
