  • Very helpful tutorial. Nice work!

  • Thank you so much!! It is so much easier for me to learn these things when I see it rather than seeing a list of instructions on various websites :)

  • Awesome man thanks

  • Awesome!!

    I didn´t know that!

Is that just in iLife 09 or has it been included in iLife 08 as well?

  • Very cool, Pete! Man, you sure know mac computers, lol.

Excellent lesson. Look forward to more videos.

  • I think what you are doing is great! Keep up the good work! Window's users don't know what they are missing!

  • awesome! thanks 4 this tutorial.

  • You're welcome! I expect to hear a christmas ringtone on your phone by tomorrow!

  • @empowermac there will be one on there very very soon. lol.

  • Hey just to help you in some upcoming videos.. they're Not called volume ramps it is called volume automatons and with audio 0DB is your max volume not the lowest... Just thought these things would help!!!

  • It's intentional. In all my videos I go easy on the tech jargon so everyone feels empowered. I even compared a very sophisticated coection of vector graphics to a "sticker collection" in one of my tutorials just to make everyone feel welcome and reduce discouragement. I find words like "ramps" are something we can all relate to! (I am much more careful when talking to tech minded people.). Thanks for tuning in!

  • sounds like a good way to help others your doing a great job with your videos.... keep them coming.....

    OS X

  • although garage band is awesome...i still like Audacity....thats only because i just got use to it and i use it for ALL of my music needs...

    nice tut though ^_^

  • Thanks. What I love about GarageBand is that it feels accessible for everyone with a very low learning curve. It might not be the *best* tool out there, but new users tend to take to it quickly!

    Thanks for tuning in!
