Do you think those lights could be a factor? I flew at a night golf course during the daylight hours. I think the lights hum giving off a frequency. Whenever my planes got close they spazzed out and went into the ground.

i feel sad for you i also had a nitro rc heli but the fuel warning was not working so it ran out of fuel in the air and it crashed the main blades were in repairable as well as the tail broke into several peices i the put it together with epoxy so it looked good and hanged it in my room

I lost my small Extra after one year of very funny flying, we got into all kinds of mischief and we both have come back to home safe, but the last time it went bad, my plane hit another one and crashed very badly over the field in front of me; Never got big problems until that day, so I felt myself so frustrated when it happened... I surely hope you get that problem solved as soon as possible.

go for a 2.4 ghz radio .. i'm guessing here that it may have been interference by the built up area arround . a 2.4 radio should solve this problem .. you may want to find a more open area to fly too . R.C flyying isnt for kids !

I used to think 'Look at that person thinking hes cool coz he can fly! It looks so easy' Then he crashes! But since i have dedicated all my attention to R/c Flying when everyone else is running around playing football ect i realised how sad it is when your favourite plane crashes! I have a cessna 182 Skylark from ST models (6Ch) and crashed it into my school!

I can't possibly imagine how you feel, man. I'm just getting into RC flying and all I have at the moment is a trainer Cessna by Robbe. I'm currently trying to fix it, thanks to a strong gust of wind, which threw the fathermucker into a football goal. The prop's gone, nose banged up, engine status unknown, need to re-align it somehow, right elevator needs re-strenghtening, the balsa wood inside, which kept the battery-pack in place is busted... Well, I guess I'll have it up in time for summer.

Sorry for the incomplete comment ....at the begining I was telling you that one friend last week crashed his plane becouse it claped (the wing broke in two parts) at high altutude so the plane crashed against a big stone and the only thing that survived was one wheel.
