One of the SuperTopoForum participants had transfered his video to DVD and offered it up at one point... I'm not sure if you could find it, though "Wide World of Sports" was a rather popular series and the video might be locatable at least. Much of these historic videos were not preserved... hopefully this one exists somewhere... good luck!
