I'm not entirely sure because there are some differences between the anime and the magna. Chapter 48 is where the magna's at now, so I believe Guilty ended around there. Supposedly though we've only seen the 1st of 2 major arcs in the story. So the magna should keep going, but I don't think there are any plans right now to continue the anime. Hope that helps.
