...there is no you that is lost....the you that is lost is OF THE EGO and does not exist; is not you. The TRUTH that sets you free is that there is no you..."absolute awareness which is what you are"...yes!..this (whatever it is) is you...yes...."absolutely notihing"...good Umani!...also see Mark West...regards!
This is why I can't remember anything. There are so many people walking around trying to remember nothing that it creates a negative effect in my wanting to remember and their force is stronger which rules mine out.
Now it is my turn to mess with your education system. Hey apple, hey hey apple, apple, apple, hey apple.
If you could remember absolutely nothing, you would be remembering something.
Guess what? I just remembered absolutely nothing.
That's great. Finally we know why you failed every exam in school, your drivers test, why you left the oven on full and the front door open. By the way, where did you park my yacht?
I ask only one thing of you : will you please remember absolutely SOMEthing?
Shouldn't we contemplate on nothing and not just ignore the idea? Ever since I was a kid I had moments when I was almost able to grasp the true concept of nothing.. no people, no life, no thought, no world, no universe, no physical particles, no screen, no blank screen.. is this the state of awareness you're talking about?
So cool that this intellectual intelligence and conceptgarden uses all forces, to point to nothing at all, when the same intelligence is used in the "opposite" fields.
Actually Nothingness is the Fullness of life without differentiation.
And this Realm of things is the true Emptiness, but we can fill it with Reality and Life to the extent, we can bring Love and Lite into the life of others.
Julius--Thought cannot be a who; who we are is not thought, but rational thinking is not to be abandoned. We have to make judgements every day, and if they are not clearly 'thought out', we can be subject to exploitation from all kinds of would be gurus. Thought as language is merely the medium used to express an insight, hence, the word 'ridiculous' was used.
She's kinda cute ;') I'm tired of all these swamis in orange robes, funny hats, a severe look and a bad accent I can't follow. As for quoting the Gita, puts me to sleep.
thank you

Please do not take this the wrong way but this sort of conversation reminds me of people talking after 'smoking a fat one'
However... listening to her can spark off, self realisation...but without the munchies.

Is your real name Pat?
The reason I ask is that everytime someone asks a question nothing is heard except Pat Answers.
Hope that brought a smile to your face.
But seriously...is your real name Unmani? Something in me says no.
And yet another voice inside me is asking "Is her last name Fest?"
Look, I' m confused so here goes : "Is your real name Ms Unmani Fest?"
There. It's out. Please clear up this doubt.
Ms Pat Answers, or Ms Unmani Fest?

How to remember absolutely nothing?
Easy.
Be unlucky at Russian Roulette.
If you could remember absolutely nothing, you would be remembering something.
Guess what? I just remembered absolutely nothing.
That's great. Finally we know why you failed every exam in school, your drivers test, why you left the oven on full and the front door open. By the way, where did you park my yacht?

I want my yacht back!

To paraphrase the masters:
Before the spiritual search, a hardon was just a hardon.
Then, as I advanced in wisdom, I saw that a hardon was just an illusion.
But after Awakening I realized a hardon was still just a hardon ;')

OK. Then say what is ridiculous about this. Is it that she says what we are is literally nothing? Blank?
