  • sooo yummy...but i have always been to skinny and want to gain weight! do you have any tips for that?

  • what is srihum

  • @MistryASSASSIN : shrimp :)

  • ni hao....u r very pretty....

  • @vietguy808 : Xiexie :)

  • is sunflower oil bad for you? which is better sunflower or olive oil?

  • @MrSilvershadow16 : They're about the same calories, 1 Tablespoon = 120 calories. Sunflower oil contains less saturated fat, 1.5 g/tablespoon while olive oil contains 1.9 g/tablespoon.

  • thank you your the best cook

  • @smaafts : Thank you! :-) Linda Yo

  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus diet (just google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

  • how long will the rice stay good for if I refrigerate it?

  • okay i have an issue with eating rice.... at what time is it best to eat it, us hispanic (well at least my family and all my friends) think it is best to consume rice at noon time is this true or that is just a tabu?

  • @jstar1003 : It's just a taboo. Most people are scare to eat rice because they feel stuffed after eating it. They don't realize that they are stuffed because rice is rich in water, about 70% is just water. Best wishes, Linda Yo

  • Is this recipe in your book?

  • Do you have fish recipes in your book? I love all types of fish.

  • how many calories is this then?

  • @Yasmin742 : 1 plate is 297 calories & only 5 grams of fat. Enjoy! -Linda Yo

  • @AsianSlimSecrets I though rice was fattening because of all the carbs

  • @Yasmin742 : Simple carbohydrate or sugar is fattening but complex carbohydrate or good carb is good for us. Rice is a complex carbohydrate or a good carb.

  • i have just recently watched your videos and i feel so motivated to loose weight now. I would love to buy your book. Is it available in Japan?

  • @heukolo : Not yet...but I think amazon.com can ship to Japan. Best wishes, Linda Yo

  • i like your recipes alot

  • @Shrink18 : Thanks!

  • This looks wonderful! Will it work with brown rice? I'm not supposed to eat white rice because of cholesterol.

  • I loved watching this. Thank you for the video. This looks so appetizing! I can't wait to try it. I need a substitute for the shrimp in my case -- maybe mushrooms?

  • @USRefugee : Yes, replacing it w/ mushroom is a great idea! Best wishes, Linda Yo

  • @JumboThyShrimp: Great! Actions = Results! It's my pleasure, Linda Yo

  • Love the recipes

  • @TheBarbie1969 : Thanks! :)

  • @TheBarbie1969: Thanks!

  • then what i m supposed to with the yellow part of the egg JUST TRASH IT ?

  • @cheenu42 : When I grew up, my mother taught me to eat everything and never threw away food. But when I struggled w/ my weight, I realize that if I treat my body like a trash can, it will look like a thrash container. Sometimes, it is good to be selective about what we put in our body, especially for people who are obese or have cholesterol problem; it's better to throw away the egg yolk since it is high in cholesterol and calories.

  • @AsianSlimSecrets : hmm and if you are just trying to loose 10 pounds still yellow part is not good ?

  • @cheenu42 : it depend...how fast you want to lose the weight, the egg yolk is 55 calories, egg white is 17 calories. Not a big deal if you only use one egg.

  • i'm going to buy this book...

  • @ladyroz : Wonderful! Read & put the simple advice into actions & you will see amazing results!

    Best wishes, Linda Yo

  • hey =) why do u actually only use the eggwhite ?..and not the whole egg ?

    thanks =)

  • The egg white is very low in calories (16 calories) and contains no cholesterol. A whole egg contains 80 calories & 212 mg cholesterol (71% DV).

    You're welcome! :) Linda Yo

  • hi Linda,

i was wondering if the recipes are in your book? if they are i am going to purchase your book and can't wait to read it! :)

  • Hi Beetleorange05,

    Yes, it's in the book.

Read + take action = results!

Keep me updated on your progress,

    Linda Yo

  • Hi Linda,

i just want to say that i love your videos!

i'm 17 years old and currently weight 187 ibs and my ideal weight is 136. My problem is i dont know how to start. How can i make a diet plan that can make me lose weight fast. is it possible for me to lose 51ibs in 4 months?

  • Hi Teen3193,

Please watch my other videos...I have many delicious recipes that are very low in fat and calories. It's possible to lose 2-5 lbs/week if you eat foods that are rich in fiber and resistant starches because they keep us full, yet they are indigestible.

    Best wishes,

    Linda Yo

  • opps almost forgot to ask u how much pounds u loose by this recipes

    thanks

  • Hard to say since eveyone's metabolism is different. But one plate is 297 calories. So if you eat about 3 plates/day, you still create a deficit of 500-1000 calories/day or 3500-7000/week which is equal to 1-2 lb. If you do some exercise, you might be able to lose more weight.

    Best wishes,

    Linda Yo

  • can i make this recipe without the meat

  • Sure!

  • how many calories does that have?

what do you do if your vegetarian, most of your meals include meat. ps, i love all your videos, esp the one where you let us know how the american diet made you gain 25 lbs! you have a small frame that is a lot on you.

  • Hi SkinnyGirl125,

Just skip the meat. You can use beans or eggs (if you eat them) instead. Thanks for your nice words...yes, I'm only 5-2, so adding 25lbs was a lot. I struggled w/ my weight, that's how I found this method.

    Best, Linda

  • I want to gainweight

If I eat these will I still can gain some weight

    I need 20lbs fast =(

  • Drink 3 glasses of milkshakes every day. Seriously! :) Linda Yo

  • how bout just milk? xD

  • That will help but you won't see the result fast.

  • would there be a problem if i used the rice cooker instead

  • No problem, however some people like the fried rice to be dry. If you use the rice cooker, it will be a little wet (I assume you will add water, right?).

  • what can i use instead of green onion? and the beansprout?

  • If you don't like green onion, just skip it. And you can use sliced cabbage to replace beansprout.

  • How many calories does that have?

  • Hi, the recipe is for 4 servings, each contains 297 calories and only 5 grams of fat.

  • How many grams of fibers do you get daily on your program?

  • *drools, that looks so good haha. :]

Thanks so much for showing how to cook it. ^-^

Wait even though it is a serving for four, how big are the portions? As big as the plate you were you holding?

  • Yes, that's one serving. Enjoy!

  • Hi Babycee, the recipe is for 4 servings, each contains 297 calories and 5 grams of fat. If you double the size, then it's 594 calories & 10 g of fat, the calories is a little big high, but the fat content is still very low. And the fact that rice contains resistant starch makes it a healthier choice than most burgers :-)

  • how many calories do you think is in half of that meal. if i were to cook it i would have to eat it in two meals.

  • Hi, you can use any kind of meat to substitute the shrimp and ham. I'm not very familiar with Kosher food. Anyone has a suggestion?

  • Any turkey, beef, or chicken would do fine then. Thank you I love fried rice!

  • Tasty looking... but have any Kosher substitutes for shrimp and ham? Seafood without fish and scaled, and ham is off the menu for me...
