This song was marketed in 1968 on the LP,'The electric B.B. King" and was produced by Quincy Jones and the eternal Johnny Pate and had nothing to do with the Roland Stoves,'cept maybe as an Advanced Level instructional guide.
I don't think that's true. I remember having the album when I was about 17 ( a long, long time ago lol) and I use to obsessively read the liner notes and I don't remember a name even remotely associated with the Stones. And I'm sure that would stuck out back then if it did.
@shorty1ification - thank for the compliment my friend. I'm sure it's because of youthful energy and looks...LOL LOL ;-) also, we're talking 38, 39 years ago. Almost 4 decades
@shorty1ification You're still young at heart, you'll always be as young as you feel. Age is nothing but a number...remember that...have a great week!!
@joeardanillo, - This is B.B King on lead vocals and lead guitars Rhythm electric guitar: Keith Richards, Drums: Charlie Watts, Bass: Darryl Jones ,Saxophone: Joe Sublett, Trumpet: Darrell Leonard, Keyboards: Tommy Eyre
"Keith was the one that cut me up... and he was not drinking at all that day. He was himself, a beautiful man and a hell of a guitar player. He was great. We had a good time - it was like an old homecoming, friends getting together. - B. B. King, 1997
@agooTV This song released in 1968, Darryl Jones was 7 years old at the time. This is obviously the credit list for a much later version. Stones not on this original recording.
remind me of my mom and dad. they loved blues and BB is the best. When mom would start fuss dad would play and sing this song. Us kids would fall out laughing. Oh! Mom was really the boss.LOL-LOL
