  • wow guys that was real good specially sithat ending it was just something unexpected wow kuddos to all of u!! jusngert one suggestion your second back up singer needs to know his lines or entries he didnt sing all of his parts like in the real song, but other than that you guys were awsome!!

  • Pretty good guys! I'm glad I came across this. "Red Rubber Ball" has been a favorite of mine for many, many years (I'm only 34 mind you). Great scat singing there at the end. You did need a tambourine in there though. Ha ha.

  • The Snapsons -- all the rage and sweepin' the country !!!

  • oh nevermind,

i just watched it again and i noticed you didnt forget it

    haha my bad

  • you guys did a great cover on it

you missed the "always running never caring thats the life you live, stolen minutes of your time were all you had to give" part (i think), but either way i can tell you guys worked a lot on it

    great job :D

  • That was cute, kids, thanks.

  • Very, cool Version!

  • Would be amazing with three part harmony throughout...

  • good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I give them a 7 for the performance. A little off key, but I hope they performed this again after more practice. I do give the a 10 for their interest in that age of music.

  • wow you guys took the Seekers route on this one! this is awesome!

  • They still should have a had a drummer......

  • You guys are part of the neo-folk thing goin on with people your age --- too freakin cool! Keep studying your YouTube archives :-) If you come to the Bay Area, see us at South Bay Folks.

  • simon & garfunkel FTW!!!

  • wow this is awesome! really cool loving the instruments! really give the 60's vibe!

  • Nobody's stoned and they all look like they've had a bath. Couldn't possibly be a 60's vibe.

But it was very nice. ;)

  • HAHA... thanks?

  • Nice cover!

  • This is great! What is the instrument that the "flutist" is playing?

  • thanks! daniel is playing a recorder, and wilmar is playing the melodica (the green keyboardthing)

  • lol i enjoyed the song... and i enjoyed the slap down you gave "happyhead64" ...good stuff

  • 1) I didn't know this song was "your" Cyrkle.

    2) It was co-written by Paul Simon (of Simon and Garfunkel) and Bruce Woodley (of The Seekers). According to Cyrkle guitarist Tom Dawes, Simon offered it to The Cyrkle when they were opening for Simon and Garfunkel on tour. Your a** just got wiki'd... get YOUR facts straight.

    3) don't say a** then ass in the same post. commit to one and stick with it.

    4) thanks for watching!

  • quite a smack down, cabin.

    well done, sir.

  • equally as entertaining as the video.

    You sir are a legend.

  • Very nice. xD It just occured to me, the 'my' thing might be 'cause 'm' is almost next to 'b' (as in "'by' Cykle"). But, I dunno.

  • Hey Happyhead!

PAUL SIMON WROTE THIS SONG AND GAVE IT TO THE CYRKLE! GET YOUR FACTS BEFORE YOU CALL SOMEONE A DUMBASS, YOU DUMBASS!

  • that was very neat, what college was that at?

  • UCSD Eleanor Roosevelt College

  • Yey happy songs with sad lyrical content!
