@Suryavideo Well, I think Spector's a creep who deserves to rot in jail - but I don't think he ruined Let It Be. The Beatles themselves were unsure of the whole project and brought in Spector to "fix it" - then they shelved it until after Abbey Road. But Lennon did use Spector after that, first on Instant Karma and then of course his first two solo LPs which were HUGELY acclaimed. Years later the Rock N Roll LP although by then I think Lennon had finally had enough of Spector and his nutty ways!

I think the reason one eye is open is because it's glass! I was watching an interview with him about a proposed John Lennon Day and his left eye had a strange cast to it. Well, he did have a drinking problem and he has pulled out firearms in anger before when drunk. So, it is easy to believe he did this. If he is innocent, it is then like the little boy that cried wolf. No one can believe someone that has exhibited this type of behavior in front of others in the past. He should have gotten help.
