The V-tech controller is used to activate the double over head cams (DOHC) at anytime you want I set mine for 1xxxRPMs so my engine is always letting in my air and gas, dont mess with Jackson Racing mechanics, I am not one myself but my very close friend is, he has made my car faster then plenty of these kids with mods like skunk, skit, AEM. and others, they slow you're car down, we tested them, only someimprove

with less gas, true that the car weighs lighter but the engine will run a lot rougher since there is not enough fuel, hence the ride being rougher because the engine tries to make the last amount of fuel "last" longer before it runs out. So in my opinion, it does not make too much difference, the driver may as well go on diet and lose a few kg if he was that worried.

If you don't believe me, try yourself, drive your car on low fuel and drive your car on a full tank, you'll know the difference.
