i dont think this game is VERY simallir to dmc i mean in bayonetta i couldent even do combos!!!! it was to hard to memorize ALLLLLLL those buttons dmc4 has simple buttons and you have to make your own combos i tryed to do combos by pressing evrey single button on the controller...it nearly worked till i pressed RT by accident

I downloaded Dantes inferno and my brother downloaded both Darksiders and God of war recently.
It's hilarious how much they copied the style. Dante's inferno could have been much better and Darksiders just sucks so much. I couldn't take playing it.
i thought darksiders was pretty good actually. it seemed moe in depth than dantes inferno. i played and beat dantes inferno, then traded it in to reserve bad company 2.

I think this is splendid fun I play it frequently during the summer with my brothers they are really good at it. I managed to download it absolutely free for my sony ps3 here 115 games. com there are thousands I couldnt beleive that they are all free too oh btw 1:32 2 3:52 was excellent
wait the creators of DMC made this? but i thought they were apart of Capcom? cuz the game says Sega. im guessing the creators of DMC are free to develop for other companies and not under some sort of contract with capcom. well if so, that explains how this game is so good. i never expect sega to make great games anymore. all i expect from them is another crappy hedgehog game -__-
@Panik1393 Actually the team left Capcom. One of them was a lead designer on the DMC serie and with Sega they developed Bayonetta using the DMC combat system as a base where to start in order to "push everything further". More combos, more action, a very particular art style ecc.
IMHO they exaggerated so much that the game looks almost ridicolous. Don't get me wrong, i like it, but it still feels like summoning a huge spider made out of your hair that litterally eats up a boss is a bit too much

really now? I loved the environments in the game. Each state had a personality of it's own that set it apart from the last stage. There was something new in each area, something distinguishable about it.
idk just when i see that person play it all the things in one area kinda look the same. i think after while id get bored i mean the grpahics are epic so are they on um prototype. but i got bored off the game after i beat it lol. free mode or redoing got old lol

@samljer Its the one thing that Sega has on Capcom. They are very good on 3D real world fluid mechanics. The movement on Bayonetta reminds me of the engine used in Shinobi and Nightshade. Just Hella IMPROVED.
I thought the DMC story line was one of the best I've ever seen in a game. Especially because of the characters, I was more hooked to the story than the game.

quite frankly there are enuff gms like this, and if it doesnt include a good story like GOW or awesome action like ninja gaiden then its just another dmc which lets agree are terrible games. idk maybe theres hope for this game cuz its a woman
serious? DMC series were GREAT games for their time. This game does so much more than GOW or Ninja Gaiden could do currently. Quite frankly there AREN'T ENOUGH games like this. No other game gives you the amount of control over a combat situation quite like Bayonetta. Not to mention the dodge mechanic that makes other games feel slow and clunky. Since when does story have to be a draw to a combat genre game like Bayonetta. Ninja Gaiden's story didn't have substance either.
I think bayonetta's Story is intentionally campy and goofy in a way which makes itfunny cool and entertaining it doesnt make sense that people Judge A Game B4 They even play it...Even the reviews 4 the game are good...oh well I guess its their lost.
exactly, this game isn't an RPG with a deep ass story that will keep you hooked. what keeps you hooked is when you actually PLAY the game, when you actually give it a chance for what the game actually shines for, the gameplay. the sexual aspects they barrage you with, the goofy and campy aspects you mentioned are what make the game so great as well. it'd be weird to play Bayonetta in a serious tone

this game does shit ninja gaiden and DMC could only dream about. if you put the time into learning the mechanics and learning moves, this game will be so insane that it'll make other combat games feel slow and clunky. not once did I feel the need to bash my controller or anything out of frustration
i beat it before the US release :P i got impatient and imported a copy. At the very start when you play for the first time, as boring as it may be, it pays off in the long run to practice moves you might use constantly and get familiar with them. The dodge mechanic alone in this game, not only keeps pace of combat like no other game, but also alleviates a lot of frustration because of the amount of control your given, you can dodge out of ANY frame of animation. Find the game at any retailer

It's not about which is better...they're both gaming consoles with different capabilities. It's just that Microsoft is a money-hungry tyrant.....with XBOX, you can't even play DVDs without buying an extra peripheral, with Sony, they give you instant Blu-Ray capabilities, AND DVD. And XBOX isn't reliable, you should be able to slightly move your console (for whatever reason you need to) a foot or 2 without it destroying your disc.

The game's action is very FAST!! A lot of COulourful (TOO MUch) The game quest : Go forward and kill enemy . My opinion it's very for kids . U can download game like this on pc and play one time . Much better if u reserve money and next year buy a CASTLEvania : lords of shadow . The game is super , who are castlevania fans my opinion . I'm Kojima and Konami fan :))
just get both systems both are great, i use the ps3 for exclusives because they look great and the 360 for 3rd party title because they always run better.
I do have to agree with CPS2. The PS3 has much better gameplay than anyother consoles, and the graphics are amazing. I did not try the 360 demo, though.
i like playing my 360 more just cause i lkie fps on it but the PS3 is the shit. fuck i have a burnt blue ray disc with pineapple express, the dark night & tekken 6 all on the same disc. graphics just are hardcore & less smoothed over but i like my 360 alot

yup shes shooting with her feet, u can customize ur weapon sets, something on ur hands and something on ur feet. like the one with the sword is sword on hands and shotguns on her feet. this game is beast...
its mainly just that there is a noticeable performance disparity between the two versions. still very playable, but the PS3 version just has a surprisingly less fluid and stable frame rate... that and the usual ever so slight visual descrepencies often seen between multiplat games :/
The PS3 has to make do with a constant frow of 360 ports these days.
They don't run as well on the PS3 because they were programmed for the 360.

When it is done correctly and the PS3 gets a fair chance, that's when I am interested.
CoD4 for example: The coders made them both in parallel (instead of making a 360 version and then porting it) and consequently the PS3 version looks better and runs at twice the framerate of the 360 version.

Nothing could be further from the truth. As I have already stated: I have had all of the aforementioned systems bar the Wii, and discarded them along the way.
I freely admit that a high end PC will outperform any console. I can't justify the recurring cost though.
The 360 is a great console, but I had one for just under a year and had to get it replaced 3 times.
Microsoft's poor build quality is inexcusable as far as I'm concerned, so I ditched it.
The PS3 is superior to the 360 both in terms of build quality and power (the latter only really becoming evident with recent, first party titles - and before you attempt any 360 fanboyism - I'd like to see the 360 run Killzone 2 or Uncharted 2... Nope. Not gonna happen.
usually games that give u so many attacks end up having really technical bosses which i think is the best .. i just hope its not as short as devil may cry 4

But i didn't play GoW until after I finished that horrible demo.
At first, It was alright.. After 15 min. I wanted a gun.

looks like ninja gaiden combined with dmc(never played dmc but saw gameplay)...i hope the difficulty just on easy doesnt make me bash a hole through the tv like most new recent games today :D

this game does shit ninja gaiden and DMC could only dream about. if you put the time into learning the mechanics and learning moves, this game will be so insane that it'll make other combat games feel slow and clunky. not once did I feel the need to bash my controller or anything out of frustration

i beat it before the US release :P i got impatient and imported a copy. At the very start when you play for the first time, as boring as it may be, it pays off in the long run to practice moves you might use constantly and get familiar with them. The dodge mechanic alone in this game, not only keeps pace of combat like no other game, but also alleviates a lot of frustration because of the amount of control your given, you can dodge out of ANY frame of animation. Find the game at any retailer

To my knowledge, its about 12 hours long and replay comes in the form of tackling harder difficulties and I think leaderboards.
Also, this game bears more resemblance to Devil May Cry than Ninja Gaiden (imo)

only idiots who don't know how to run a console(which is very easy) have to get theirs replaced..Xbox is reliable, most of the people that post about ps3 are the little nerds who watch Anime, Listen to high pitched japanese music and wish they could be Japanese. It's not about which is better...they're both gaming consoles with different capabilities. It's just that Microsoft is a money-hungry tyrant.....with XBOX, you can't even play DVDs without buying an extra peripheral, with Sony, they give you instant Blu-Ray capabilities, AND DVD. And XBOX isn't reliable, you should be able to slightly move your console (for whatever reason you need to) a foot or 2 without it destroying your disc.

The game's action is very FAST!! A lot of COulourful (TOO MUch) The game quest : Go forward and kill enemy . My opinion it's very for kids . U can download game like this on pc and play one time . Much better if u reserve money and next year buy a CASTLEvania : lords of shadow . The game is super , who are castlevania fans my opinion . I'm Kojima and Konami fan :))

I do have to agree with CPS2. The PS3 has much better gameplay than anyother consoles, and the graphics are amazing. I did not try the 360 demo, though.

i like playing my 360 more just cause i lkie fps on it but the PS3 is the shit. fuck i have a burnt blue ray disc with pineapple express, the dark night & tekken 6 all on the same disc. graphics just are hardcore & less smoothed over but i like my 360 alot

its mainly just that there is a noticeable performance disparity between the two versions. still very playable, but the PS3 version just has a surprisingly less fluid and stable frame rate... that and the usual ever so slight visual descrepencies often seen between multiplat games :/

It's not that surprising really.
The PS3 has to make do with a constant frow of 360 ports these days.
They don't run as well on the PS3 because they were programmed for the 360.

When it is done correctly and the PS3 gets a fair chance, that's when I am interested.
CoD4 for example: The coders made them both in parallel (instead of making a 360 version and then porting it) and consequently the PS3 version looks better and runs at twice the framerate of the 360 version.

Yeah, the PC isn't too bad if you don't mind spending the cost of a new console every 4 months just so it can play games.
The 360 isn't too bad as long as you dont mind sending it back to Micro$oft on a fortnightly basis for repairs.
The Wii isn't too bad if you're 7 years old.
I am not particularly fond of the above 3 any more.
I used to have a gaming PC and a 360. Not any more. I am happy with my choice.

Having to change every four months? I've played every new game I wanted an my PC and I got it like a year and a half ago. You might update more or you can never update and sit happy on WC3.
Yes, my friends have sent their X-box in once in the last however many years it's been out.
I don't like Wii, but it trumps sales, deal with it.

Nothing could be further from the truth. As I have already stated: I have had all of the aforementioned systems bar the Wii, and discarded them along the way.
I freely admit that a high end PC will outperform any console. I can't justify the recurring cost though.

The 360 is a great console, but I had one for just under a year and had to get it replaced 3 times.
Microsoft's poor build quality is inexcusable as far as I'm concerned, so I ditched it.
The PS3 is superior to the 360 both in terms of build quality and power (the latter only really becoming evident with recent, first party titles - and before you attempt any 360 fanboyism - I'd like to see the 360 run Killzone 2 or Uncharted 2... Nope. Not gonna happen.
