I heard the call live as well and have never laughed so hard. I almost had to pull over because I couldn't see through the tears that were streaming down my face. It's now 11:34 PM on a Wednesday in June and this still makes me laugh uncontrollably to the point of tears. My wife doesn't find this the least bit funny and thinks I have lost my mind.

I missed the Hack Off because with my work schedule, I can only hear the first hour of the show. So needless to say, when he announced it was starting the second hour, I was hugely disappointed. But Rome's take on the call today in the first hour made it so I couldn't eat my lunch because I couldn't stop laughing. "Global warming" had me in tears. I am going to listen to this again. And again.

I don't think he planned this or scripted it for the sake of making it into a soundbite. This is the hack-off we're talking about. These losers... I mean "hacks", think they're worthy of being in the Smack-Off. They think they're better than they really are. I think this guy knew what he wanted to talk about, had a take, made a crack about the linebacker and his nerves got to him and comepletely collapsed. The "Reaction!" guy seems more of a staged call if anything.
