@sultyan just because there's a lot of garbage out there doesn't make this one good. The reason for the negative comments is because Timbaland is held to such a high standard. It's ironic that his protege (and some say his ghost producer) Danja Handz produced the original. Did Timbo even produce this? I doubt it. I think it's just a mashup. Britney's vocals aren't even in tune with the instrumental track.

Pretty good for a first attempt.. Its IN BEAT..(unfortunately thats not very hard with a computer.) I take it you used a DIY Acapella or added some weird phasing to the vocals im not sure.. I would avoid DIY acapellas though. And btw watch out for those keys, cause they gotta match (meaning "harmonically" it doesnt work and never will...) Keep experimenting with different acapellas and you will hear what i mean :) Hope I could help. Keep it up !!
