While it is certainly fun to watch Gates be a dick to the DOJ lawyer, I think it needs to be pointed out that this strategy lost his company this case. Gates wasn't fooling anyone here, just digging his own grave really. But in retrospect, and with MS in great health as a company, this is fun to watch.
