1)This is harmless fun... no brutality... the guy hitting Joe is his supervisor and friend, NOT an officer. 2)This footage was cut down because of You Tube video time constraints and was in no way doctored. 3) We are in no way shape or form connected to I.C.P. 4) We are sound engineers or in laymens terms roadies that work with local and nationally known bands, and after a 16 to 18 hour day we unwind in our own way.
