  • Let us not forget Leet, Pennsylvania; a town about as ironically named as possible, which would not be lost on the typical person who would be reading this very comment.

  • "Partly humping half a fridge."

  • listen real close and you can hear background music during the intro

  • The animation on this videos is awesome

  • That's the same guy who plays the PCfrom the "Get a Mac"-ads, right?

  • Great recognition for one of the best venues in the city. Thanks, Hodgman and TMBG for the tribute!

  • The Youghiogheny river flows into the Monogahela and is damn near impossible to spell correctly since it is pronounced...

    Yock-A-Gainny

  • Best damn comment ever. And informative too!

You have my eternal gratitude and respect, oh wise one from Ohio or Pennsylvania or perhaps went to school there.

  • Why I happen to be from Scranton, Pennsylvania, so I know all about the wonderful names our cities and towns have in good ole PA (where it is actually snowing at the moment) including some of my favorite towns: Mars, Bethlehem, and Nazareth. :D

  • @beatlesgirl95; I love it when I'm talking to people, and I say, "Yeah, so I've been to Mars (Pennsylvania), Cuba (New York), Morocco (West Virginia), Athens (Georgia), and Hell (Michigan)." And they never believe me.

Of course, they are a bunch of Californians, so don't expect too much outta them.

  • @chikiout Don't forget that you've been to the Moon (Pennsylvania)!

  • Lackawanna is a funnier river/ bridge/county name... ohh and Susquehanna, and Tunkhannock XP

  • How about Splott?

    (It's in Wales)

  • I don't think it's quite as strange as Lackawaxen..now is it?

  • hmm... how about Upper Bottom in Buckingamshire?

"Where do you live?" "Upper Bottom!"

(this would sound alot like 'up a bottom' and would be rather embarrasing if you were misunderstood!)

  • or 'up her bottom'

  • I love how subtly creepy this video is.

  • I have to agree with you. The actor they have playing the narrator does a spify job as a PC. ROFL!

  • He's written two books, eh? And they're some of the funniest things I've ever read. Also, he did a voice in the movie Coraline, where his character - appropriately enough - is briefly voiced by John Linnell to sing a song.

  • Those books weren't funny! I find nothing funny about the tome of knowledge that gives such great knowledge as "Hobo Names" and "Hobo Symbols."

  • Spoken like a true hobo, using the library's PC to catch up on TMBG!
