There is an iPad app that lets you view sketchup models. Runs really fast and has measurements and solid cut planes. It's called iCAD Professional and it has a free demo version, iCAD Free.

u can't do edges which are uneven,u can rotate since the object's edges remain co-planer,but try to experiment with move and maybe u'll get what u wanted.

I completely disagree. I am using these videos to help teach this program to 7th grade art students, and they work quite well. If it was targeted towards the technically literate adult, then it would be useless for kids to learn. SketchUp is very useful as a "gateway" program to careers and more advanced programs, and my kids are eating it up.

Quick question I haven't been able to solve. At around the 5min section of this video you create four equal squares with the lines. Now if you erase those divider lines, the original surface is still divided into four 'squares'.  How do you re-join those squares to get the one large original sized surface.
