Look for a video called "Ethnic Notions". It's a documentary that came out back in the late 80's by Marlon Riggs. It was shown on PBS Network. It's rare but it's out there, it may be on DVD now. It shows clips of this and many other cartoons that were very racist to the African-American community. The end credits give the info your looking for.
