This is the latest Buzzy and Katnip cartoon released in April 1954, "No Ifs, ands or Butts" featured a cat that sounded like Katnip (Syd Raymond is responsible for the voice), but bares little resemblence to him, i consider him a different character as Katnip continued appearing in the same form up to 1956 when his appearance got slightly altered in 1956 (50's style).
