You can probably play at medium settings with a medium resolution, since you have an AM2+ motherboard I suppose why not get at least the Phenom II 940? it will make a difference and also you can get something like a GTX 260 or an HD 4850 and it will be better than your current card.

But all in all you should be able to run it.

I have downloaded it in 3 days via a torrent, and using Fedor (blahblahblah) No-dvd crack, no problems, no bugs or extra addons such as shitty drunken camera, it doesn't matter for FPS if you have the orginal or the downloaded version, I downloaded in the beggining of December, I din't want to wait to play, but I bought the game now, I used some tweaks to let the game run smoother, like no shadows, no traffic, less vieuw distance, contig defragmenter and so on, but theres no difference DL/orgin
