@hospitalbedpan When i said it looks worse, i wasn't talking about the graphics or art sytle of the game world. The gameplay is garbage, character models crap, crappy UI, crappy mechanics, crappy character animations and the list goes on and on. There's 3 factions but this means that there will be huge server imbalances and it greatly reduces the number of people that you will be able to group up with and talk to. The game is a crap sandwhich no matter how you look at it.

I feel bad for gamers these days as they will never get to experience MMO's such as (classic) Ultima Online and Shadowbane. All these game developers keep making these so called PvP MMO's in the shadow of World of Warcraft. You people may think that this game is more like DAoC, imo was another so called PvP game will be much more like World of Warcraft.

@ImURguy74 If you want a game that is trying to do like DAoC. Look for Guild Wars 2. They have a world vs world vs world system and it looks awesome so far. 3 servers fighting for keeps and castles, ressources and siege weapons. It really looks awesome.

@ImURguy74 i have to agree with you, i have no idea about this game and how it will turn out, but i do not see it being anything like Shadowbane and it is sad most will not be able to experience it. It was awesome.

I remember playing my hunter and skald in DAoC.

Hopefully this game will bring back some of those fond memories. I'd still be playing DAoC if the population was healthy :-(

The current crop of MMORPGs simply don't cut it. The worlds feel so sterile. No player conflict. Only a bunch of PvE farming for items. Warhammer had the right idea, but it was rushed and it seemed like the developers decided to bring more world of warcraft elements into the gameplay during beta and failed.

This game reminds me of Tabula Rasa and what Tabula rasa could have become. I rly hope this game delivers. So this is alpha I guess one year to release? I dont like the part where u dont lose your target if it goes behind a barrier, building ect. Must be a part to dodge in this game.

@yamisniper This MMO came out of no where, I found out about this game yesterday on Massively and love everything about it so far. Hopefully more people hear about it and they should closer to beta. Can't wait to play Rodon!
