Crime must be punished. While the victims are forced, nobody forces prisoners to proactively rape. Films like this should be shown to young offenders before they are old enough for adult prisons. The prison staff often view prisoners as less than human and not entitled to their human rights. Yes,prisoners deserve to be punished for their crimes but not raped.
I don't understand why young and non violent offenders are sent to prisons with violent criminals. This is a sad story about a 17 year old BOY. It's sad that many of the prison staff have adopted the some ofthe same attitude as the offenders. They view rape as consentual sex and often dehumanize the victim. I think the problem is so big that prison officals choose to it ignore.
I knew about his story when I was having a research about these kind of cruel assaults. Here we can see that he tried to save his OWN life but then he wasn't given the chance to. Suicide wasn't his first choice...still, he was denied of another solution. It is a sad story.

honestly, it is probably a decent strategy for smaller guys to actually just take on the role of a woman in prison. My guess is that a truly passable transgender would probably gain protection from certain men. Can't say from first hand experience though.

Crime must be punished. While the victims are forced, nobody forces prisoners to proactively rape. Films like this should be shown to young offenders before they are old enough for adult prisons. Maybe then they will think twice about what they are risking, and realise that sooner or later, they WILL be hurt and hurt badly. It's their choice.

I don't understand why young and non violent offenders are sent to prisons with violent criminals. This is a sad story about a 17 year old BOY. It's sad that many of the prison staff have adopted the some ofthe same attitude as the offenders. They view rape as consentual sex and often dehumanize the victim. I think the problem is so big that prison officals choose to it ignore.

theres really no way to avoid it , if u tell the C.O. chances are they wont give a fuck or they could even join in the rape (it happened before) or tell every inmate u snitching wich will bring you new problems. they could catch u while u sleep , shower , pissing , etc.. u could only be vigilant for so long eventually ul get tired and fall asleep thats when the wolves come and take your manhood , got 2 choices fight back (which could kill u) or get fucked (get HIV) and be a prison bitch.

This kid repeatedly asked for protection, even going as far as to put it in writing. Hoping that by making it formal, the powers that be would understand the severity of the issue. But they ignored him & now he's dead. But what if instead of killing himself, he killed his savage rapists? Then he would be considered/labeled a murderer. This type of system will kill men or force them to kill & throw away their lives forever. There must be some type of protection from this madness!

Our society Makes criminals, crime is committed if someone is either desperate finically or feels looked down upon in society. The more equal the country, the less crime there is, and the more unequal the country, the more crime there is... This Is basic stuff people...

I mean there is legitimacy in that argument, and of course taking in to consideration that people are conditioned to have superficial wants, ones that are not necessity, but to say that crime is committed if someone is either financially destitute or society frowns upon them is weak. I find it hard to believe that you've never done anything that you couldn't have been jailed for; maybe nothing that would have gotten you put in the nick, but still a crime, no matter how petty. Not all these cunts have done a life of crime, so your argument is narrow.
