Go buy a used car and see what has happened to the prices... can you say, "THEY WILL NECCESSARILY SKY ROCKTE" Cash for clunkers has really hurt the little guy.
F&F began the housing bubble which Wall Street followed. Prices of houses were artificially raised by this program, which continues today. Both are to blame, but F&F started the party and Wall Street was poorly regulated.
Oh Monica, you are the dumbest, yet most facinatingly beautiful white women in America. Will you marry me, even if its for a little while? I promise to put my liberal leanings in the closet!
@gsn1hiroland I know. It irritates me to hear people make that mistake. Africa is a very HUGE continent. I never hear anyone say, "Countries like Asia."
@MishuTaste It is a typical elitist broad generalization for the continent, that is brought forth through media agenda toward the continent as a whole. I wonder how many people know that Darfur is a region in the Sudan, or that only Ethiopia escaped European colonization? It is the prior colonization, and present economic burdens established by the West that inhibit the continent to develop its own economy. Our gov'ts needs to stop giving aid to Africa immediately and let the people prosper.
I fail to understand why Tax cuts mantra always comes from the business community. It's not going to have the effect in an era where the borrowing is being restricted. But I'm surprised by the fact that Zuckerman repeat the failed notion of AEI on the F&F blame game. This have been dispelled a long time ago. To me that seems they want to shift the blame on politics. When in fact it's the greed which have had free reign on wall street for to long. F&F only stands for a very minute part of that.
@rickideemus Liberals and conservatives have been defining themselves by their opposition to the other for so long that there isn't much rational will behind their ideology left. At least in the political circle.
I don't see many in the political circle admitting to being liberal or conservative, so it's hard to see your point. One exception was Bush ("compassionate conservative") but that turned out to be a joke.
But however the current administration defines itself, it is certainly uber-liberal. The other uber-libs complain about him, but that's to be expected. Once you toss out the constitution, there are SO many ways to go.
Where's Pat?

Monica works for the Moonies. She's also a class A bigot. It wouldn't surprise me if she was a Moonie as well.

@sffilk You mean bigot in a bad sense?

@hellelmer Is there any other sense? She's a bigot and works for a cult. Plain and simple.

I like how Monica rolls her eyes when she was interrupted (repeatedly) by Eleanor.

Without Pat Buchanan this show is garbage. The rest are either party hacks or consensus advocates.

YAAAAAY! Glad to see this made it to YouTube. This is where we want to see it.
Can you believe McLaughlin honestly didn't know liberals are idealogically opposed to tax cuts??? Does he even know what a liberal is?
