Hi i saw this video and i REALLY want to know what you used to record this?? and please tell me how to install this it seems like a very good video recorder Regards, Paul
I just bought this computer, how did you get vnc installed on this? I need to make a screencast of this as well for an organization. I would rather make it on the eee, but don't think this is going to work.
I'm almost 154% sure this is Linux, but is the default window look supposed to resemble Windows XP? Or did you just change it yourself when you got it?
The OS is Linux (a tweaked version of Xandros). I did not tweak the look and feel. It comes that way. I did, however, have to add the Xandros repositories to the sources.list file so that I could get a VNC server running on the device in order to make this screencast :)

I used Camtasia (for Windows) while also using VNC to remote control the EeePC.

You can install Windows on the eeePC; however, there's no reason to do a screencast video of that since we already know what Windows looks like.
