4everfrankenstein... I agree with you 100%! For Jack Kirby's contribution to Marvel Comics (via his incredible art works) played a key role in this company's rise to super stardom during the early 60s and beyond. He was just as responsible for Marvel's recognition to fame & glory as Stan Lee. R.I.P. Jack Kirby. We love you... and you will never be forgotten.

For me the feelings that are evoked by something as nostalgic as this vid are bittersweet. For, while I loved the Marvel comics and cartoons during the mid sixties enormously, they also remind me of something very shameful Every piece of art featured in this Marvel video tribute was drawn by Jack Kirby, who designed all these heroes, and who Marvel treated disgracefully right up to his death. I hope someday there will be justice for Kirby, and his heirs may receive compensation at long last.
