Although White Plains adding storm drains to the lots on Railside Ave didn't cause the flooding, it is a part of the cancer-like cause of the flooding. We shunt water downstream without a care.

I live on a hill up from a lake and during the flood the water was halfway up the hill. the police were on a boat evacuating people :0

It happened i early '07 I tihnk, MAYBE '06. I remember it happened when I was in class, it was so weird.

i remember when it was flooded. half of the first floor was damaged and my family had to stay at a friend's house for 2 months!

I was on vacations there in Oct. 2006 with my family.
It Is a nice village. The people so frindly.
