This was on his 1988 solo album Tense Nervous Headache, it came out everywhere except Britain and America. This and many other songs were substituted for uptempo R&B and dance songs and came out in America as High Hat in 1989. Oddly enough, despite not being released as a single or even a B-side, it's popped up on a lot of hits collections, particularly in Germany.
