@chezbalz Chris King hubs have a ratchet system built into the rear hub that allows for instant engagement as soon as you start pedaling. With most hubs, as you start pedaling theres a lag time before the hub actually engages and provides energy to your wheel. With the ratchet system, its instantaneous power. Important for mountain biking especially, I'll leave it up to your thoughts if its important for BMX. The only other hubs that I can think of that are similar are DT swiss. less noise too.

Degreased, stretched the spring by almost double and re lubed it very lightly and that hub in the video is almost silent compared, its almost to loud, i think im going to buy another spring and just stretch it slightly because its too loud now, even with a thick coating of lube.
