You know, this tune is kind of catchy. Awesome vid really, for 5.5 yrs old. I'd love to be able to work on these islands for free just to live there, holy cow. Anyone need a personal snorkel dive partner let me know!!!
from puerto prinsesa to el nido is about 8hrs road trek, coz of the occasional rough road, but if it gets developed, travel time will be shorter, el nido is so breath taking ITS WORTH THE EFFORT!!!
el nido, puerto princess, palawan the best experience ever. I have seen phuket and i love that place too but nothing beats palawan, place is so clean and so virgin unlike phuket. phuket is for party people, palawan is for those who wants to relax and unwind. I have taken photos during my palawan trip, check out my page. thanks.
been there sa Miniloc and had a tour at Kagen island as well with my mom and I must say, very beautiful place and very serene... So far the best place I've seen...
There should be no distinction between local and foreign tourist. If one can afford why shouldn/t the other one could. Contrary to the saying, the best things in life is not free. El Nido is at the other end of the Philipppines, the other is Batanes, so it is only fitting that only the adventurous and the can afford will be able to go there so that the pristine beauty of nature will be maintained.
This is my honeymoon place in summer 08' it is really the best place for any couple there. You could have face-to -face with sea creatures. Wow!!!! you'll never regret going there!!! The crews have excellent service!!! The food are really perfect.. you can have your own choice!!!
I do agree that for Filipinos, there should be a lower rate but there are kinks that will have to be worked out since many Pinoys are foreign citizens... I just hope that it would be possible to have a Pinoy rate of some sort that it would be affordable for at least the middle-middle class Pinoys...
anyway, i've been to Lagen Island and Miniloc and we spent 4 nights there... it will cost you something like P50,000/person for those 4 nights, all-in including the adventures, sumptuous food, use of equipments with trainor plus airfare... it is very much worth it...
Hahaha you hit it! Name sounds german (oliverheidelberg). I think they call it PENNER. Usually those are haters coz they have nothin. Media fed and insecurity man!tsk, tsk!
Those who are educated (excluding you!) enough will know that it would always depend where your money can bring you. I have money to spend so I stayed at the Miniloc Resort - and YES! at least $2K is what a good package will cost. Now if you don't have that kind of money, and you only have $20, just go the nearest McDonalds resto and pig out!stupid!
@rctolentino777 I can tell you that I have been to a lot of places already in the Philippines and as well been to Hawaii, Mexico (Cancun) and some Caribbean Islands. $2000 dollars is a bit much. There are packages in Canada to go to 5 star resorts in the Caribbean and Cancun, Mexico for about $1,000 dollars (per person). And it includes accomodation, all the food and drinks as well as air-fare. I kid you not. Palawan for that price is a bit of a rip off.
Palawan.. ah! one of the most beautiful places on earth....one visit and your hooked for life, expensive?.. depends where you go..try Roxas, Malcampo, Tagumpay, if you cant afford El nido.. or come visit my farm...stay in my bahay kubo for nothing...try back packing
hoy...wag yong masyadong dolyarin ang el nido..para lahat ng mga pinoy na-aaford ang ating sariling magandang likas na kapaligiran..kita mo nasa pinas ang el nido..tapos ang mga trabahador pinoy at pinay
Yeah, but i think most ppl r tired of big resort hotels. Most would prefer to be with nature. Soo much of those already, If ur from the Big city, it always feels good to be back to the Province. Let Palawan be Palawan. Better to be in the Province Huh.
Philippine Govt should built a 10 STARS Hotel in Palawan either near EL NIDO or Balabac it will cost US$2 billions that will Put Philippine into the HIGH END TOURISM
an Unique Design Shape Hotel that will be an ICON remembered by the people of the WORLD
Together with my bf we spend 12k pesos plus for the plane tickets, then 500USD plus for the hotel for 1 week, exlusive the boat trip and food. Its best to plan or book your trip in travel agency specially during pick season so no hussle n bussle just pure bliss with nature. ENJOY!
mga pips,,,dun sa mga nakapunta na sa el nido,,,saan website or travel agency po kayo nakipag usap...approx po,,magkano for 1 week na stay po??...
english translation: anyone whos been to el nido,,did you utilized a travel agencies services or just thru some websites with online bookings??,,,how much would it cost approximately for a 1 week stay,,,salamat po,,,este..tnxxxx
Btw, Did you booked directly from the resort or with an agent? Which is better? Cuz our agent have the same rate as what El Nido has given me. Thanks! Is it safe if we booked with our credit cards?
the best way to enjoy your vacation is to plan each day with an activity list. you can get this from your tour guide when you arrive. i suggest you take the free diving class then capped the day with dinner at an island of your choice or at Pangulasian island where you can enjoy the sunset. Next day, start it with kayaking at the big and small lagoon! It's so breathtaking! next is to go hobbycatting at pangulasian island.
no problem on the food. salad is abundant and you can have your meal customized! No tips needed. Its company policy but if you really would like to give its your call.
1 week. we stayed at miniloc and took a spped boat to lagen island whenever we feel like it. miniloc is back to basics which is what i prefer. lagen island is more modern - its as if u didnt leave the city for an escape. i'd reco miniloc for an all out vacation.
