took me a few weeks, but i wasn't super dedicated to it for a while. i'd say 2 or 3 days.

just make sure you get the magnets with the right polarizations in each of the holes. thats the key!

why the bigger ones in the middle? can u do it with magnets the same size as the others in the middle peice?

probably, but i think you need the bigger magnets because the middle dice is the hinge point for all the sides, so it needs to be stronger to effectively make the sides turn
