  • I call BS, he does a breakfall when he hits the ground...he leans before even being hit....

  • I'm going to try my hand at making a generic Youtube comment regarding pressure points/KOs in karate. Alright, here we go.

"This is pure 'Bullshido'. Try that in a real fight. Try this against an MMA fighter."

Whew. Think I need to sit down. My head is spinning from trying to conjure up that much ignorance.

  • @TheApatheticGuy lolol, its funny because this shit isn't real life nor can it be used in a real fight.

  • @sk8r9871

    1. I assume by "real life", you mean that KO's via striking certain vulnerable areas on the body aren't legit. All I have to say to that is: attend a seminar and tell them that. They'll be happy to oblige you.

    2. The art teaches how to set these techniques up in real fight scenarios. These demos are simply to show where on the body to hit and what happens when you do. These are also techniques usually employed to stop a fight from happening in the first place.

  • @TheApatheticGuy if these KO's were real, they would be used by everyone. they are fake. please watch this video: /watch?v=gEDaCIDvj6I

  • @sk8r9871

That "master" was not making contact at all with the people. The KO's I'm talking about are from hitting vital points on the human body. There is nothing mystical or secret about it, it's simple human anatomy.

  • @TheApatheticGuy i know but my point is that these underground out-of-the-ordinary fighting styles are illegitimate. i would much rather learn a proven effective fighting style such as BJJ, boxing, or muay thai.

  • @sk8r9871

While I agree that ordinary styles of fighting are more practical and even preferable in common situations, these techniques still have their place and there is value in learning them. These points and their capabilities are only one aspect of the entire art, one piece to the picture.

  • @TheApatheticGuy everyone is entitled to their opinion, although i still am very skeptical of these types of arts

  • How is this more effective than a kick to the balls?

  • Guys it's a real knock out all right. But the problem is it won't work on someone who isn't brainwashed into believing it works. Just search "Kiai Master vs MMA" to see what i mean.

  • Yeah try this with a moving and trained how to block and punch back Target !

  • oh yeah....strangle a guy after he's out

  • this could be true or fake, ill only believe it if he use it on me and i get KO's, but lets say its real, will i work on a moving target, i dont think it will be easy to hit a presure point on a moving target

  • @TheRunescapePlayerz what do you mean "moving"? this is just an example, there are many other ways to KO with kyusho jitsu.

  • @Likeaperv there are many ways to knock out somebody using any martial art you care to name, however, doing it all neat like that in a real fight isn't going to happen. a real knock out is sloppy, fists and feet flying. you don't even need a martial art to do it.

  • @luderudecrude Thats why we train.

  • I have no experience with Kyushojutsu, but after studying biology and psychology in school. I can say with absolute certainty that it may not be a real knock out. But rather, an attack that goes through the collar bone and to the spine, and because it was above the shoulders (likely) would have temporarily paralized everything below, locking the nerve fibers and the person, loosing control of their limbs forcing them to collapse.

A novice and do this by hitting a person in the back with a bat!

  • I believe that knocking someone out using pp techniques is that easy. What I don't understand is why you do it so hard for training/demo? A 2% strike is enough to make the eyes flutter so you know it works.

  • this is bullshit

  • u guys r a bunch of actors, why r u guys doing this??? Ripping peoples money making them believe they can defended with that crap in the streets..

  • @lalomime Thank You. People that know what they are talking about need to speak out against these instructors that try to pass off this quasi-mystical bullshit. It works on the people in their dojos because their students want it to. They are cooperating with the technique whether they are actually aware of it or not. next thing you know these instructors are going to start throwing hadoukens about right after they get their "Perfect Victory" over M. Bison

  • i hate fucking idiots like that. he knows what will happen when you slap on a point but he will just let him fall on the floor. why not have someone there to catch him??? fucking idiots like that are dangerous and should not be allowed to do martial arts

  • @gaggotgaggot americans, if I can see correctly

  • Wut makes them better? Because there on tv? Don't get ne wrong I live mma n have several champion fighters training at my gym but quit insulting traditional arts or comparinibg mma to it. Remember mma is really not who da best fighter is, it's bout who uses the rules to there advantage the best.

  • N traditonalarts arts have been around way longer n still layed the foundation for mma. The video ur refering to is a fraud who claims to ve able to ko ppl wout even touching them. there's a big difference. Chi is real. I really get tired of hearing ppl tryin to put mma fighters above traditional martial artists.

  • @james92802 this is possible i've felt it myself. Aswell as a fingertip ko. But as far as using it in mma probably not to pratical here's the thing nobody is tryin to compare it to mma. That's the problem w ppl these days. Mma is nothing new, it's just very commercial these days...

  • this was a fast knockout alright...considering u hit a steady target... try this with a moving target

  • @kinggaryy this is the point of training, while other arts are learninghow to fight with fists, elbows and knees etc these guys are training to precisely strike their enemies and drop them with very little force.

  • This is the kind of crap that old fat haz beens result to when they can't attract normal students any longer.

Of course he (or any of his students) could make me eat my words by using this "technique" in a MMA fight.

I bet he has some kind of excuse for why a MMA demonstration would not be a good idea.

Want to see why its not a good idea? /watch?v=gEDaCIDvj6I&feature=related

  • @James92802 um, the video you said to look at is a has been, a has been that can magically move people with their fingers.

    Look at 0:25

  • @KillSwitch66627: show me one fight - actual sporting event where anyone uses anything like this....

You can't. because it does not work -- it's hypnosis plain and simple.

If this worked you would be seeing Olympic wrestlers doing it all day.

  • @James92802 sporting...... lol

  • @KillSwitch66627 You think that men willing to shorten there own lives with drugs would hesitate to use such methods in sport? If it worked, it would be as common, as a punch to the chin.

i asked you to show me an example, rather than try, you laugh like you are some kind of all knowing Jedi.

I have much more experience in this than you do, the religious side of Martial Arts is nothing more than another mind controlling religion that leads to self-delusion.

There is no magic, beyond training.

  • @James92802 you still completely miss my point, COMPLETELY. And not only that, you are a hypocrite (the video you suggested others watched in another comment). I'm beggining to think that from the type of langauge you are using, Jedi, Magic, religion is making this arguement pointless, you are living in a fanstasy world while another is trying to discuss something in real life....... when you get over star wars (or whatever tv show youre talking about) I will reply

  • how does one learn how to defend self in a small farm town in Kansas with no martial arts schools, but plenty of bars?? I guess just walk into the bar, and punch the first redneck he sees. He'll learn, right?? I'm the guy living in a small farm town in Kansas. Any suggestions???

  • yes

  • @randyclar747 LMAO --

Bet you get killed before you learn much -- not that I would be too upset that a guy willing to walk up to random people an punch them got himself killed.

The more you understand the consequences of violence the less you are willing to participate. Go find a church someplace you are in desperate need of some kind of philosophical education regarding action and reaction. Jesus had some wise words on this subject.

  • @James92802 I never learned much getting beat down, so I beleive the bar idea is very bad. When I grew up, I had an older brother that beat the shit out of me daily, so I could not concentrate on school as a result. This is why nowadays, I take self defense very seriously, although the lack of instructors, and martial arts schools are lacking here.

  • Grab the throat! Hit the throat! I'm 10 years old. I'm gonna try it out on my little sister right now! Bye!!

  • HAAAAAAAAAAAAA !

  • @Taveren22 LOL did your sister beat the living crap out of you?

  • bull shit!

    Fake!

    balela!

    pega-otários!

  • it's not fake, hitting a vital artery can kill you not just knock you out.

  • @TehNoobinShow -- can you tell me the kind of blow it takes to even bruise the carotid artery? Assuming normal health how about the force required to rupture or tear it?

How about how long you it takes to renter a person unconscious assuming you were able to hold someone and pinch it off 100%?

Does it appear in the video he is using such force?

The reason the man falls is the same reason hypnotist can get people to bark like dogs.

This Hypnotic skill does not translate to real life scenarios.

  • BULL SHIT!!! FUCKING BULL SHIT.i hate these fucks with their special chi punches,or pressure points! sure, there are pressure points, but that SHIT isn't it.ever see ANYONE do them in the cage? NOPE ---WHO?

  • Those guys are not standing there, letting you punch them wherever you feel like doing so. In addition those fight are meant for entertainment. Ever seen someone in a cage going for direct heavy breaking moves? After all, a defense is easly penetrated by breaking exposed joint. No? Sure not.

  • you worried there gunna learn

  • Actually, Willsworthy...hate the morons that actually buy into it more than the fraudulent masters. But I hate the BS mongers too! There are points that cause discomfort, when bashed! This "magic" is the worst for some gullible jerk who wants to improve his self defence. You said it best. BULL SHIT!

  • Well Kyusho Jitsu is translated into "One Second Fighting:

  • very nice!!
