  • you have no Idea how good it is for me too see a Real barral racer ! thats not reefing there mouth around and kicking them to bits

  • i can do this on my gelding, most of the time he does the exact same thing- go wide from the thirdbarrel

  • honestlyy, all ya'll ahtin on parelli&stuff, your stupid. end of discussion. Obvv that horse has a bond with her, and is going of her leg. and she has the rope to keeep her steady. and the person who thinks she is neckreining, is just stupid- no shes keeping balence. And the horse could just run off at anytime, give the girl&horse some credit!

  • @canchsr15 well, i for one, don't see a bridle :P

  • people who think this is bridleless is retarded. this is like neck reining through and through. bridleless is turning with your legs and not pulling on anything around the neck. do you need to be shown how its done?

  • lovely well trained horse :)

  • Very good.

People think it's SUPER hard to train a horse to do stuff without a bridle. When really it is not all that hard. I trained mine to do by just training them a neck rein REALLY good and then one just use my clip on reins around there neck, they are use to neck reining which is just slight pressure on the neck ona certain side. ! :D

** Now it did however take them awhile to get use to no bridle. But after a few months, They were fine. :D

  • Nice job. I'd say use your legs more, the horse is relying on the pattern and the neck rope too much and not bending around his turns.

  • I love how you can tell you and your horse both are enjoying that! <3

  • Very very nice! It's nice to someone riding a horse who actually LIKES what they do enough to run a nice pattern without cranking their bit. I like your horse, and I think you're one of few good riders left! :)

    Stay Cowgirl.<3

  • @tobylove4 You act like 1 year is a lot!! Its nothing! You cant just expect every horse to know exactly what youre asking! You have to teach them:)

  • who ever can afford parelli i give props to you(:

  • wow tht was slow.....

  • @MsCheygirl55 Horses that are just learning start out slow duh.

  • Amazing ;)

  • This is the first western video I have ever enjoyed. Keep up the good work :)

  • i trust my horse with my life but im never gonna ride zero or sis with out a headstall barrles poles cattle ect

  • :O me is going to steel your horse XD he/she is LUSHHH

  • Thank you!

  • that is a very nicely trained paint i love the way she listens to u but u do have a halter on :P :D love ya

  • haha get those heels down!:) good job though:)))

  • you just use your legs, don't you? my horse won't do anything unless she has a bit in her mouth, but hey, she's a mare.

my old gelding was like your horse...not saying your horse is old, just really good.

  • wow amazing...beautiful horse!! i love paints to death

  • do you have a rope around her neck???? just askin beutful horse well trained

  • this is awnsome!! very great!!

  • That is sooo cool!! I wish I could do that!haha

  • awesome riding! i do similar things with my horse :)

  • thats awesome!

  • awesome job! you have a BEAUTIFUL horse!!! :)

  • :0 good job!

  • well that is something you dont see every day ;) its amazing :)

  • Excellent!!

  • Wow,thats amazing!wonderful communacation skills between horse and rider.

  • i can do that on my horse Cheyenne... except witout a saddle too and yeah cheyenne likes it better cuz she can stretch out more, too!! :D

  • wow! good horse! love it!

  • me and my barrle racer digger do this , but also with no saddle .. she loves it cuz she can strech out more with out a saddle :)

  • @EnvisionGirl22 same with my Arab and I- they really do seem to love being able to stretch so much XD

  • Ya its a great work out too for working on ballance, most of my students get a bareback lesson every month or more so they can work on ballance or even no reins on a lunge line for younger riders

  • Awesome! I wish more people did bridleless riding!

  • great job! i have a horse that is trained to do that but i havnt riddin her in a while...she we had an accident last fall.(my fault) But u did awsome

  • haha...my four year old does this!! she is such a good girl!

  • how is this bragging? she is just showing her talent.. great job by the way... but tell me how is this bragging??????

  • That is a honst horse there love it

  • Good job! :)

  • i ride my barrel horse bridleless sometimes too!only he doesnt act like a barrel horse when hes got no bridle on lol in my videos he looks like a pleasure horse..not a nice pleasure horse but still lol nice riding n cute horse!

  • That would be so fun! I'm teaching Cheyenne to ride bridless, but we aren't at that level yet.

  • Ashley how come you sold sequoia if you had her for 2 years or whatever you have here. Kayla is getting rid or her well trading her for a quarter horse mare. I would be sad if i was you/

  • My moms horse that she trained can do that, and she beat everyone, she did bridleless paterns for western and english and could jump courses for hunters and jumpers! They were an amazing team!

  • Awsome run!

  • Its Possible To Do That Cuz All You Have To Do Is Use Ur Feet My Tranier ALWAYS Makes Me Do A Run Without My Bridle Cuz My Horse Listen To Feet Q's!

  • That's no every horse that listen to feet .. My horse would go crazy if I wouldn't use a briddle =) I'm actually working on it ...

  • awesome run :)

  • oh yeah lets see you do that. hmm so yeha bitxh.

  • its a horse buissness get used to it.

  • What I find hilarious is when people talk so much smack online because they can not back it in person. You are just jealous so you say she is bragging. This girl clearly has a bond with her horse. She is showing that the horse neck reins very well, not that she can run full out with out a bridle. You are a freakin idiot.

  • Oh my god! I'm so sorry. I totally meant to post that to somebody else's rude comment about how her and her horse have no talent and stuff, because I think she's very good. =)

I can see now that I didn't post it as a reply or something (I'm guessing) and it didn't go where it was supposed to.

I'm soooo sorry! I really didn't mean it that way at all.

I feel so stupid now, I can't believe I made that mistake. She does have a great bond w/ her horse. Shes a great rider!

    I'm SO sorry!

  • what is the song playing

  • omg i totaly miss you guys together u and her like completed eachotehr!! i miss seeing u ride her shes so preetty nto say spring isnt but i like the blaz on sequoia

  • Amazing! ^^ I can't even get me horse to canter arounf barrels! XD

  • Me either.

  • @SilverHorse666 Haha no kidding! My horse doesn't enjoy doing barrels all that much. I'll just stick with jumping lol :/

  • I have a horse I can ride without anything on him and he'll run the barrels perfectly. All you have to do is sit and look and he'll do a perfect pattern running as hard as he can.

  • my Arabian love 2 barrel race. i love 2 do it bareback at full speed. ive really only fell off one time doing it but it is really cool i love it and would never stop cowgirl up

  • thats awsome!!! i try to ride my horse saddleless and bridleless but i am just usually along for the ride and he does whateer he wants, lol sometimes ic an control him tho! thats awsome that you guys cn do barrels like that! cute horse! lol my friend and i tryd to go faster then a trot without any tack on and her horse galloped off and sent her flying and my horse just galloped around the ring lol

  • i have a paint geldingg and he can ride brideless i just havent tried him on barrels yet!! we have gone around trees in the same pattern :)) and he did really good since that was his first time, but anyway what was your time on that run?

  • i can see what your holding on to no offence

  • whats shes holdiing onto is for safety and have a little bit of control, they sell those like, everywhere. it doesnt make it any less amazing, that is a step in training so that the horse will eventually only need to listen to the legs

  • woot woot now try saddle less too haha more fun :D but haha i didnt do barrels with it i just ran in the pasture with nothing hahah miss those times

  • I can ride bridless bareback, prolly can't do barrels, great job!

  • that is nuts, i so shoulda bought her!!

If i saw this vid i woulda made my dad get her!

    Lmfao.

  • whooooooooooo! good job!!!!!!!!!

  • Very Impressive I must say. Have you seen the video of Stacy Westfall. That too is impressive, not that I want to take anything away from this video. I think you and your horse are VERY clever. Well done.

  • woooow your amazing im getting there, i can ride mine without a bridle but he doesnt respond to my legsb :( your awsome

  • Thats a GORGEOUS horse. French or American paint?

  • thankss

    she is an American paint

  • Not all horses know the pattern well enough actually alot of them dont, they just think they do, and then they turn to soon or go the wrong way.

  • wow! that is so cool! i have a Buckskin Quarter Horse named Dipper I barrel race with! Her best time is only an 18 though cuz I am training her from Dressage! But it has only been about a year so she is coming along!

  • the horse was on the wrong lead turning around the first barrel but other than that it was great i barrel race bridleless some times.

  • are the reins on the breast coller cuzz that is neat ! my horse bonnie loves to run but she is ancy so i have to us spurs with her cuzz if i dont she turns WIDE around the barrels but she is very fast

  • that was very good, well done.

  • the tractors really add a nice touch.lol

  • It looks like you have did Parelli, have you?

  • i have never done Parelli nopee

  • @trickridingangel Is that Clinton Anderson method? Perhaps Chris Cox?

  • @trickridingangel i hate parelli

  • @AmigoDoCavalo Parelli is a waste of time, sure the games are fun, but it doesn't make a normal person a horse trainer by watching dvd's. That takes tens of years of experience. No number of dvd's could amount to that.

  • SWEET~

  • verry pretty horse! well done!

  • i did that in my backyard with my horse lol!!! you do way better!

  • i tried to ride cody like that in an open feild BAD MISTAKE he decided to go faster so i ended up jumping off :)

  • that was so freakin' awsome!!!!!!!!

  • wow thats awesome ur really talented

i tried barrel racing and my horses wouldnt do it so now im doing jumping and pole bending

  • Can you do it without the neck rope? It would be neat if you could get the horse to respond just to your seat/shifting weight and directed by your seat bones. Not to take anything away from what you're doing here, but you seem talented and creative -- take it as far as you can! : )

  • I run my horse with a hackamore....if i put a bit in her mouth she bucks...lol. i guess she just doesnt need it....

  • so have a normal bit on her! No horse need a sharp bit, the rider does! Dont blame the horse even if you are a bad rider

  • its probibly for a reason....have an expieranced horse person look....any bit can be harsh in the wrong hands...

  • WOW!!!!

  • cool!!!

  • You guys did awesome, my mare has the tendency to run a little towards the side after the last barrel!

  • ive been riding for seven years and have been trying to teach my horse this lol. he has the barrel pattern down but its in a field an when i take the bit out and try it he just eats grass lol.

  • theses barrle horses are too easy i could never do that with my jumper

  • sure you can...you just need to train them

  • I do it with my jumper :) (I've jumped up to 3'3" bareback and bridleless, for a 14.3HH horse, that is pretty darn good)! My mare does everything, I've ran barrels with her bridleless, and she is 20% faster (and better turns) bridleless, you have to be patient when training them though, I went about it at first just jumping on without anything and using my legs to direct her, she picked it up pretty fast.

  • okay brag a little more..

  • Uh these barrel horses are too easy?! more like ashley makes them look that way

  • I can do it like this :D but I think you both are amazing... Really...

  • wow! how do you do that? do you just use a lot of leg or is there a secret trick that i just don't know? i have been riding for a year and still can't do that! i am majorly jelious! just kidding. anyway great job! :)

  • thanks : )

noo i just train them to do barrels without me having to touch them then when they can do it i say "have at er'"

  • @tobylove4 and your horse has to know how to neck rein if you are using the reins around their neck! or you can just use your legs and of course what trickridingangel said that she trains them to do that!

  • @tobylove4 they use a neck strap

  • thats cool!!

  • My horse does that...just not on barrels..It's hard to get him to stop on a pattern as it is. i think I'm just going to leave that to you XD beautifully done by the way =]

  • good job!!!

  • cool... but you still have a rope so it's basicaly neck reining I did that with my thoroughbred over jumps

  • cute horse that looks kind of like mine :)

  • thats pretty easy but it's fun. i do that with all my horses.

  • aWESOME!

You should change ur name to

    trickridinproangel

  • That was Awsome!!!

  • wow that must have been a good rider and a very well trainded horse i wish my horse could do that

  • wowz! you are a good rider and ur horse is gorgeous

  • what's the song?

  • sorry i dont know it was on the radio but im thinkin its kelly rowland: blindfold me

  • I have seen better but i could not do that good job

  • EXCELLENT training. great work, really. i wish i could do that lol

  • i would never do that on my horse lol that's so cool to watch

  • it looks as tho she had a bridle, or rein or wutever on, but it was cool!

P.S the horse is very beautiful:)

  • thanks:)

no she just had a rope around her neck for stopping haha but she would still kind of neckrein off it

  • lol gotcha thanks!i love watchin ur videos girl...they're pretty coolbeans

  • i love that horse in each video she's like my dream horse

  • cool yes rhe third barrel she run too big ;) but i think its very good that she didnt run straight on by first and second barrel ;)

    pretty cool

  • pretty good! it just looks as though she just didnt want to finish them especially her third! lol! But I saw another vid on youtube of a guy barrel racing his horse briddlless without any rein and his barrels were perfect! he was just trotting though but it was pretty cool!
