It was a tactical droid that the Twilek people tore apart not Wat Tambor get your fact's your straight.
And in response to your question i would maybe inculde a few episodes of Clone Commando unit's and the theme was a filler episode for part 3.
Cad Bane is a CIS bounty hunter, And i agree with you this episode was the best of the series aside from Rookies.
Look on Wookiepedia for infomation on the last episode.
And an xbox game of this series would be great in my opinion.
