to the all the people who are talking about synthol, all synthol is is steriods without the active components i.e OIL WITHOUT THE HORMONES. It is perfectly plausible that he didnt use synthol as the amount of steroids he has claimed to use (5 grammes a week =20 shots) would be the equivalent of injecting a shit load of oil into yourself anyway (assuming he injected into his arms).
Also, to inject the amount of oil needed to simply "blow" the muscle up would be impossible. Synthol works by stretching the fascia of the muscle over long periods of time and would not result in such results.
