  • That isnt anger that bunny is in fear. Thats not cool Someone like u did that to my bunny id beat u so bad and break Ur fuckin fingers

  • Ur nothing but a sick asshole jeffery dahmer wannabe ur gonna fucking pay for hurting that animal u basterd

  • My female bunny used to do that also, and its the sound when she is nervous or upset.Today I have a male bunny, and he doesn't make such noises :)

  • these is not growling... its all fear!

  • My little Lionhead, Leonidas squeals just like that. I'm concerned because she's (found out he was really and a SHE at the vet) biting and scratching and what not. I'm very stressed because she may be unhappy... WHAT DO I DO?!

  • Stay very far from her and leave her in a qiete room for a bit and check on her ..... ITs Just stress and fear.... One of bunnies died from it because i though she was just grunting...... Females sometimes get very emotiol.... Just keep her away from other pets in the house and give her some treats and try to make a special place where she can be ... Like a stress free room You know a relaxing room. IT Worked on my lionhead bunny she came out of it Within 2 days.. She was realy scared of mydog

  • This sounds like the fear noise, not the angry one.

  • This is an unhappy rabbit sound. Mine do it when they're really scared.

  • OMG My rabbit has started to make that same noise recently and I didn't know why! Then she started snapping at me and I got the hint! LOL

  • That is the most adorable little sound, oh my gosh.

  • i think its only females, before Jerry left us (lets just say hes in a better place now)he wouldnt do that hed only grind his teeth really REALLY hard

  • It's usually cos females are the dominant side in rabbits, I had to get mine spayed because she started to growl and bite! But now she is perfectly fine! It's not always cos ther scared jus cos they get grumpy!

  • i have a netherland dwarf...he doesn't do that at all. my friend had one though, and she did it alotttt.

  • Is that like a michael jackson speacial?

  • nope.

  • I also have a netherland dwarf black like yours too!

But the only time I've heard THAT sound was from my miniature when the dwarf chased her around the cage too much and she got very scared and very upset (foot stomping to the max), she made that sound for a good hour and a half.

Your bunny is either very scared or upset cause she's backed into a corner, netherland dwarfs are tiny and scare easy, be careful with her! :D

  • What does it mean this sound? my rabbit sometimes do that, when I touch him, he is not agressive, just sitting or lying, relaxing. It is good or bad? because he does very similar sound, when he's afraid of me, when I'm angry, cause he made a mess.

  • dude my bunny does exactly the same and he is a netherland dwarf(very small breed) and i'm scared of him!!!

  • Dont be afraid of a rabbit ;DD Or he will do it allways.

  • dude wtf omg i have a netherland dwarf and it does that too!! it bites me all the time im scared of mine also!!

  • Maybe that's her version of a purr? J/K Very cute

  • Sounds like a duckling...never knew rabbits made vocalizations like that.

  • cute sound!

  • sounds like a guinea pig

  • Our youngest bunny Paztizzi does this.

It is a baby noise vocalised through the deeper vocal chords of a bigger rabbit. If it were a small baby it would sound like squeaking.

Paztizzi does it mainly to get attention from the older male rabbit - she makes those same noises when he approaches and is basically begging for grooming from him (just as the rabbit in this video does as the hand approaches).

  • my bunny does the same thing only not nearly as much..... i wonder why they do that

    mines a dwarf netherland

  • Is she growling or whining? That's too funny! Almost sounds like a guinea pig.

  • take her to a doctor she might be hurt or something

  • she looks tense, she might be uneasy and have difficulty breathing.

maybe you should have her checked, maybe something is wrong with her breathing or pressing on her while petting can cause her pain? there are alot of retarded vets out there though, esp for rabbits!

  • I have heard many different bunny vocalizations but never this. It is not a growl but not an especially content sound either. Odd.

  • Your rabbit is confused. She thinks she's a Guinea pig!

  • I had a dwarf rabbit. It was GROling. But worse than this one. It attacked me when i bring food, water. At the end i had to put gloves but the rabbit still bit me tru it

  • my gray bunny does that to.she growls and gets mad easily especially when we call her name in certain manner. and she bites too when we give her food.

  • Your bunny is hormonal. She might need to be spayed. My bun grunted when I cleaned her hutch. She has not growled once since being fixed. Plus they live longer.

  • I used to have a dwarf rabbit that used to attack me and growl also, I have scars on my arms from her teeth marks. She was not pregnant, I loved her to death but she was EVIL.

  • was she pregnant? my bunny made that squeal when she was pregnant but stopped after the babys were born.

  • it sounds like a guinea pig

  • i've had my rabbit for almost.. 3 years and i've never heard him do that XD

  • She seems extremely frightened.

  • Omg she's a very grumpy girl XD Does she do this every time you pet her, or was she just having a bad day lol

  • She sounds like a guinea pig... strange little bunny!

  • Hi, found you through LJ linking to da vid....i dunno if I should be laughing so excuse me if you think i'm being mean but she sounds like my heater. XD;;

What color ND is she? Brown or Black????
