i can think of one thing the city could do... and then of course there are things that people like myself could do for them such as bring them a coat and gloves for the cold days. i was thinking that the city should provide more large trash cans and also come and pick up that trash at least every other day. i am so glad to hear that they have shelters near by... is there enough shelter for all the homeless? they seem to be very receptive to you!
