When we go out and preach to none Christian religions such as Judaism and Muslims, they can sometimes see the difference from those who actually follow Christ (JWs) to those who claim to follow Christ (those who claim to be Christians). I watched your video again and you really dont seem to understand why we call ourselves JWs. To give you a little history on JWs, we were known just as Bible Students/Christians, but when we were trying to witness to other faiths about the truths of the bible they would confuse us with other people who also would call themselves Christians.

Notice where all the Christians were, Acts 2:47, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. Who was the Lord adding to the church? As you stated, those who follow Jesus, which are CHRISTians! NOT Jehovah Witnesses! And it is only fitting for Him to do so because He is the one who established His church (Matthew 16:18)

Acts 2:47 says NOTHING about the term "CHRISTians" and those followers of Christ where actually Witnesses of Jah (again they were followers of Christ as he was a Witness of Jah) . If you read through context in Acts 2 they are reading the Hebrew portion of Psalms & Joel showing how Jesus fulfilled the prophecy in those Hebrew text. It was Jehovah God who is the stem of those prophecy. To deny Jesus was a Witness of Jah is denying he was Witness of God

Your response to (1)(a) There is no inconsistency as you try to claim. The biblical text shows "a great cloud of witnesses" of Jah Starting with Heb 11-12:2 "looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith". As the text brought out those Worshipers of Jah were his Witnesses and we are to look at Jesus as the greatest and perfect Witness of Jah. You always seem to avoid the point that Jesus was one of Jehovahs Witnesses.

You are correct the name was given by Divine appointment, it is most likely that Saul and Barnabas were directed to give it; and that, therefore, the name Christian is from God. The point I was trying to make is the term Christian wasnt always displayed when referring to a follower of Christ (as the examples I just gave)

Acts 24:5; 28:22, or The Way" (Acts 9:2; 19:9, 23; 22:4) or just plain Disciples Acts 6:7, 9:19. It even reached a point where they were stating "I belong to Paul," "But I to A·pol´los," "But I to Ce´phas" 1 Corinthians 1:12;
