u was stone when u said that stuff was'nt you? but it is some good advices u said, i have been and felth preety low, i've been close to 6 feet under, i wont say 6 feet under cause than i would not have been here today, so i'm saing close. i have been depressed and shit, but what realy helps is as u said lissen to good music or just lay down in the bed and just close ur eyes and rest, if u cant sleep, just lay there and ceep ur eyes closed and do that for an houre or more with out thinking
