@702xRyder - I dont know how .... i think you loosen 1 of the 2 nuts on the top of the shock and then there is something at the bottom that looks like its for a flat-head screwdriver ...im not trying either because there is gas in them

@702xRyder - I dont know .... a yfz may be different but stock shocks sometimes cant be adjusted

@702xRyder unfortunately the 400ex has a limited adjustable rear shock and non-adjustable set up front. from dealing with my moms 400ex we learned the adjustments do very little to the rear.
